AIR FREIGHT
St. Louis Service provides an airfreight service to any destination Worldwide. We ship on the Next-Available-Flight-Out basis routed for same-day departure. There are no restrictions in the size and weight of the goods; however, we do have to comply with aircraft specifications.
Within our structure, shipments can be tracked from origin to destination, via our system. Flight details, such as date of departure and arrival, flight number and airway bill are available to the client and provided prior to shipment departure.
Documentation Requirements for both Air and Sea Shipments:

Commercial invoice with description of goods and corresponding value (New Goods).

Shippers Instruction, including insurance amount (if insured), freight terms (prepaid/collect) and type of service required.

A Packing-list for shipments of Used Household Goods.

Original Bill of Lading for Sea shipments

Door-to-Airport Service:
St. Louis Service Door-to-Airport airfreight service provides weekly departures to worldwide destinations, from client’s home or warehouse.
This service includes pick-up from location of goods and airfreight transport to the destination's airport. The consignee must arrange pick-up of the shipment at the destination airport. In the event of an international consignment, customs clearance is required and duties may apply. This must be arrange and paid by the consignee at destination. Door-to-Airport air freight charges may be on a prepaid or collect option.
Door-Door Services:
St. Louis Service provides a Door-to-Door Service that takes the shipment from the door of the shipper's warehouse or home and transports it all the way to the recipient's designated location. We arrange customs clearance at destinations and delivery. Customs duties, tariffs and/or taxes if charged at destination is based on the value of the shipment and is payable by the consignee or receiving party. We move all consignments on a next-available-flight-out basis to ensure expeditious delivery.
